Hi Friends! I've decided to take on the One Room Challenge again (my first ORC-our bedroom) and finally complete our laundry room project that we have been lagging on!
This is my inspiration for the Laundry Room! Even though it connects right off the kitchen- I want it to feel like it's own space. The floors will be the same as the kitchen and kitchen nook for flow but I want to go darker with the paint for the walls and add a fun paper in the small pantry. The top of the washer and dryer will get a marble counter to create a bit more work space in there.

Over the summer I picked up a backgammon set in a beautiful solid wood from an Estate sale. My hope was revamp it into a timeless conversation piece for our living room.

I'm pretty pleased with how this budget project turned out.

I recently stumbled across Lalaland rugs on Etsy which has the most beautiful selection of handmade vintage Turkish rugs. I decided that the perfect place for this rug was in our recently remodeled kitchen.

Why, hello there! It's been some time since I've blogged but I am excited to be back! I did a little blog refresh and even a name change which feels more in line with where I see this space going in the future. I hope you will take a peek around!

I was recently reading an article I saw in Traditional Home magazine that I feel sums up my style perfectly and gave me that extra push to start Little Green Bungalow.

When we bought our house 2 years ago I had big plans for our kitchen; but other projects kept popping up. Since the beginning of the year though, the stars have aligned and we have made MAJOR progress! Here's my 'idea board' for the space:
