Our 2018 Holiday Card

I’ve decided to get an early start on my Holiday cards this year! Last year I waited way too long and we were scrambling at the last minute. Beginning of November seems like the perfect time before the real craziness of the Holidays start! Have you started working on your cards yet?!

I love Minted’s selection of Holiday cards. We are spending some of the Holiday season in Hawaii and I wanted our card to reflect that. I searched high and low and found that Minted has Location Inspired Holiday Cards!

The card we choose is called A Very Mele Kalikimaka, meaning a very Merry Christmas in Hawaiian, which seemed like the perfect fit for us.

My Vintage Turkish Rug

I recently stumbled across Lalaland rugs on Etsy which has the most beautiful selection of handmade vintage Turkish rugs. I decided that the perfect place for this rug was in our recently remodeled kitchen.

Maximalist

Why, hello there! It's been some time since I've blogged but I am excited to be back! I did a little blog refresh and even a name change which feels more in line with where I see this space going in the future. I hope you will take a peek around!

I was recently reading an article I saw in Traditional Home magazine that I feel sums up my style perfectly and gave me that extra push to start Little Green Bungalow.

Kitchen Plans

When we bought our house 2 years ago I had big plans for our kitchen; but other projects kept popping up. Since the beginning of the year though, the stars have aligned and we have made MAJOR progress! Here's my 'idea board' for the space:

Lucite Love

I love all things Lucite for our home. If you remember when we moved in I added Lucite drapery rods (similar) and linen curtains to the living room (seen here) and a while back I added them to the dining room/office area.
